2.5 MT per palletized unit and shipped
in 20ft FCL containers out of the loading
port at Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (or
Durban, South Africa). Pricing operates
dynamically based on the official
London Metal Exchange (LME) Cash
Settlement Price minus volume
discount tiers ranging from LME - 4%
for trial orders up to LME - 7% for
monthly contracts of 2,000 MT and
above, calculated against the official
LME cash settlement average 3 banking
days prior to the Bill of Lading (B/L)
date. Settlement requires 100%
Irrevocable, Sight Letter of Credit
(MT700 DLC) issued by a Tier-1 Prime
Bank, with final payout released via
Telegraphic Transfer (MT103 TT) upon
successful third-party SGS, Intertek, or
CCIC quality assay and weight
inspection at the discharge port. Every
contract includes a 2% Performance
Guarantee (PBG) issued by the seller's
bank upon receipt of an operative LC.
