Product Forms:

Fresh Shell Eggs: Graded by size (e.g., Medium, Large, Extra Large) and quality (Grade
AA/A). Available from
various farming systems.

Liquid Egg Products: Pasteurized whole egg, egg white (albumen), egg yolk, or blends.
Chilled or frozen.

Dried Egg Products: Spray-dried whole egg, egg white, or egg yolk powder.

Shell Egg Grades & Sizes: Compliant with USDA or equivalent standards (Grade AA/A for
quality; Size based on
minimum weight per dozen).

Farming Systems: Conventional (caged), Barn, Free-Range, and Organic certified eggs
available.

Processing Standards: Pasteurization to eliminate pathogens (for liquid/frozen); low-
temperature drying to
preserve functionality.

Packaging:

Shell Eggs: 30-egg trays, 12-egg cartons, or 360-egg master cases.

Liquid/Frozen: Aseptic bag-in-box (10kg, 20kg), or in 200kg bulk totes. Frozen in blocks or
pails.

Dried Powder: 20kg multi-wall paper bags with poly liner, or 25kg cartons.

Certification: Can be supplied with HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, HALAL, KOSHER, and Organic
certifications.
Veterinary and health certificates for shell eggs are standard.
