Toffee manufacturing is a simple process. First all certain ingredients are added in the batch homogenizer to prepare a homogenized mixture. Then mixture put into the toffee cooker. Steam is generated in the boiler having steam pressure. The steam generated is supplied to the Toffee cooker for cooking. Once the desired temperature is achieved, the toffee mass is collected on the water circulating cooling table for cooling.
