Chiclets manufacturing is a simple process involving three stages mixing, forming and packing. Desired quantity of gum base is heated in a steam jacketed Sigma Mixer to its melting point & then required ingredients are added and mixed. The mixed mass then transferred to the extruder to form a thin rope of required shape. The rope then enters into the Chiclets forming machine where small rectangular shape of Chiclets are formed in required size
