Transferable, Irreversible, Irrevocable and Unconditional Letters of Credit.

KIE does accept some transactions by LOC but the LOC Bank must be a USA bank.
All transactions, prices, shipping, ports and all of the other details in a contract can have many options for the final contract and in most cases and most requirements are honored with most clients, nothing is final until a contract is signed and sealed by KIE and Buyer.
An LOI with Banking information is required for receive a formal offer in an FCO.
