P/B: 2% OF VALUE OF MONTHLY DELIVERY.
PRICE: Platts European Markets CIF MED (Genova/Livoro) minus discount gross 20 usd/ net 15 usd MT
COMMISSION: the Buyer pays, 2,5 US dollars the party of the Seller closed, 2,5 US dollars the party of the Buyer opened.

CONTRACTING PROCEDURES (NON NEGOTIABLE):
After NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all participants
1) The Buyer issues ICPO, the Seller issues FCO.
2) The Parties exchange draft contracts, and make corrections if necessary.
3) The Parties sign draft contracts.
4) The Buyer issues pre-advice (MT 705 format) in favor of the Seller.
5) Seller sends POP to the Buyer.
6) The Buyer issues non-operative 100% irrevocable, transferable, confirm RDLC in favor of the Seller, which will be activated after opening by Seller of PB 2%.
7) The contract comes into force.
