1.Buyer issues ICPO+Soft Probe.
2.Parties exchange draft contracts, and make corrections if necessary.
3.Buyer comes to Switzerland for contract signing where both parties exchange all documents POF, POP etc.
4.Contract comes into force.

The company is the direct seller. Contract signing - in Switzerland.
