HiOmega flaxmeal for sale. Also known as linseed meal. The flaxmeal is the byproduct of the oil extraction process. The flaxmeal contains 20 % residual oil and 12 - 14 % omega 3 fatty acid (alpha linolenic acid). A protein, amino acid, energy spec are available. The flaxmeal can be sold in two forms...
1. The meal comes from the presses as a crumble...part cake, part powder. The meal can be sold like this and is easier for us to handle since nothing further is required to process the meal. Some customers prefer this consistency since it is less likely to be inhaled by animals while they feed...i.e. less dust.

2. The second form is hammer milled to a 14 mesh. This results in a much more even consistency similar to a coarse flour. Photos and samples of both types of meal are available.

Packaging is in any form i.e. 50 lb bags, 100 lb bags, minibags (2000 lbs), jumbo bags (2800 lbs) or loose bulk in 20' ocean going container.
