Procedures.

The Seller shall deliver the total quantity of Product to the Port of Loading, in accordance with the Delivery Schedule outlined in Appendix 6.1.1 of this Contract, in accordance with the following Procedures:
1. Seller issues draft contract open for amendments
2. Buyer signs and seals contract and submits to seller
3. Sellers issues to buyer the attached Bank Approval letter confirming their agreement and readiness to issue as per procedures. The seller s, which is to issue/transfer the POP to the buyer, and the buyer's bank must be a top 100 approved West European Banks, or must be issued originally by a top 100 approved west European Banks. This already supplied.
4. Buyer issues Irrevocable, Divisible , Transferable operative, payable at sight documentary Letter of Credit (DTLC) by one of the top 100 West European Banks in an acceptable form by the seller within 3 international banking days.
5. Seller bank issues 2% revolving PBG operative---DTLC becomes automatically operative. More than one L/G or PBG may be issued in order to cover the total contract quantity.
6. Start with supply and delivery of first shipment, with minimum tonnage of 12,500 Metric Tons within 30-35 days from the receipt of financial instrument in favor of the seller
7. Payment of the price of each Shipment ( Shipment Value ) shall be made to the Seller pursuant to the terms of 8 of the Contract.

Grey Ordinary Portland Cement Grade 42.5N/R.

Origin. Product may be manufactured in any country: Seller s option except China.

Standards and Specifications of Product Quality. For the purposes of this contract, the Product shall comply exclusively with the chemical, mechanical and physical specifications set forth in the publication of requirements for satisfaction of:
DIN-EN197-1 CEM1/BS 12/1996, as per attached details.
