Barramundi or Asian Sea Bass, is a gourmet fish native to South East Asia and Australia and is now
being farmed in the oceans south of Singapore. Its sweet, buttery, delicate and moist flavor has been
compared to Red Snapper, Dover Sole, and other premium white fish. Due to pollution, fish from the
wild is susceptible to contaminated fish stock. Fish farming is the solution. With fish farming,
SUPPLY IS NO LONGER SEASONAL & SUPPLY IS SUSTAINABLE.

Our Barramundi farm is in the oceans south of Singapore. The fish tastes different! Try it! This is
