Universal electronic polisher with six numeric control axes (CNC) and PC commands. This machine model is especially designed for integral polishing of a great variety of piece types with complicated and irregular shapes such as sanitary faucets, bath accessories, iron fittings, gold and silver work, artistic bronze, gifts, household equipment, lighting devices, etc.
Its design represents a qualitative jump into the automatic polishing sector as it combines the numeric control possibilities with a lower cost than a traditional machine together with a higher finish quality than the one obtained with contact polishing.
This machine is ideal for a flexible production due to the minimum time required for the change of series (approximately 5 minutes) as well as short and medium series.
Its extraordinary versatility is one of the main advantages of this machine which offers the possibility of obtaining four totally polished pieces (4 polishing units with 4 spindles) or using the combined system polishing-burnishing thus obtaining two completely finished pieces (2 polishing units + 2 burnishing units with 2 spindles).
Thanks to its performance qualities in electronic control of pressure and of the polishing mops speed, a high-quality, homogeneous and constant surface finishing is achieved, without variation from the beginning to the end of the series.
The MEPSA interactive programming system makes it possible to program the machine for perfectly polishing any piece after a short training course, by staff who does not need any knowledge of numeric control programming.
All the security and ergonomics rules and principles have been followed in its design, especially those regarding the marking.
MEPSA on line service, which permits a long-distance dialogue between the customer’s machine and service people located at MEPSA. This facilitates the immediate intervention of after-sales services to identify and solve eventual technical or programming problems.
