Buyer will deal directly with the manufacturer or the miller.

For serious buyers, they are required to provide the following:

1. Letter of intent on company letterhead
- to quote packing style
- Quantity
- Delivery terms, cnf or fob
- banking details
2. Upon receiving the LOI, miller will respond with an official offer plus deadline
3. If buyer agrees, to issue official order
4. Miller will issue a perform invoice to buyer to lock the cargo and price.
5. Only when buyer endorse the perform invoice, miller will make proceed to make preliminary booking of material etc
6. Miller will only proceed to process the product only after receiving payment via DLC / TT

From our experience buyers who fail to adhere to these conditions, are not buyers as they act only as brokers and middleman.
