General description:


SHOMIX is an instant road repair bituminous mixture of special
Composition binding material. It is applied cold.

Properties:

• SHOMIX is ready to use, it is not dangerous and there is no need of any kind of preparation of the damaged surface.
• There is no material waste when used and it is applied without any special equipment or personnel.
• SHOMIX Repaired surfaces can open to traffic immediately.
• SHOMIX is not affected by high or low temperatures, snow, frost or rain.
• It remains elastic for a long time after its application without causing problems in traffic.
• It does not crack by temperature affected contractions-expansions and it's not damaged by car-tires.


Uses:

For the permanent and instant repair and damages in:
• Repair of concrete road surfaces.
• Repair of holes used for taking test samples
• Repairs of utility cuts, cable slots, etc.
• National, village or city roads.
• Bridge joints.
• Repair of roads in remote areas.

Application method:

• Removal of all loose and undesirable materials, stagnant waters, oils from the whole required.
• Fill the hole with SHOMIX without stirring.
• Press the repaired surface with a spade, a roller or just with a car-tire giving a slight lift from the road surface.

Storage:

The maximum storage period is 12months in well closed containers in
a covered place
