Once agreed on terms and conditions, it is to final contract, then bank to bank with financial instrument and 2% PB.

Strength of financial instrument is critical to final price determined at contract. Fully funded financial instruments carry best leverage on price.

Commission is seller paid by us via a 3rd party legal paymaster.
