1. Buyer / Buyer's mandate send LOI / ICPO to Seller
2. Seller issues draft contract to Buyer
3. Buyer review, amend (if necessary)
4. Seller confirm final agreement of hard copy, Buyer/Seller (sign contract)
5. Buyer issues 100% L/C to Seller
6. Buyer visit the site (if necessary)
7. Delivery and Loading plan begins
8. Seller issues SGS, OBL to Buyer’s Bank to release the LC
9. Vessel departs / Deal closed.
