-Buyer issued LOI+BCL, or LOI with all bank details and autorization for soft probe of funds, the LOI must be issued on the letterhad of the buyer.
-seller send FCO
-buyer stamp and send back the FCO
-seller issued the draft of contract
-buyer sign it and send it back to the seller
-seller and buyer sign the final contract
-buyer issued a non-operative payment instrument
-seller issue POP bank to bank and will post 2% PB
