When you enable "Stay signed in" at the Sign In page, Exporters.SG stores a small authentication file called a cookie in your browser. On your next visit, the platform reads that cookie and recognises you automatically - no password required.
Never use "Stay signed in" on a shared, public, or office computer. If you do, other users of that device may be able to access your Exporters.SG account. Always log out of your account and close the browser completely when you are finished on a device that is not exclusively yours.
