Trust Points are a numerical credibility score assigned to every Exporters.SG member. They are calculated from the six components of your Rating — authentication, bank information, certifications, trust networks, reviews, and premium membership.
Why Trust Points matter:
- They determine your ranking in search results and category pages — higher Trust Points means more visibility to buyers.
- They give other members a quick signal of how established and trustworthy you are.
- They accumulate over time, rewarding long-term commitment to good trading practices.
How to increase your Trust Points:
Trust Points rely on Rating to calculate how many points you are awarded.
