Vi Hao Sriracha Chilli Sauce was developed in Vietnam to serve a demand in the markets of the U.S.
and Australasia for a different type of chilli sauce from what was available in the market.

Sriracha chilli sauces have been around in the market for a good while but mostly catering to
specialty needs such as Vietnamese Pho noodles restaurants as well as Ban Mi sandwich shops in
the US and Australasia. With the discovery of this flavour by Chefs and Cooking Enthusiasts
however, the product has started to enjoy a newfound popularity in Gourmet Food Emporiums as
well as Supermarkets in the west.

The product is made using the finest Serrano Chillies blended with a secret formula to create a very
fresh and titillating flavour profile that is unlike any other product in the market. Also, the
proportion of fresh chillies to suspension base is up to 95% as compared with most other chilli
sauces in the market.
