markets of the U.S. and Australasia.

While the Sriracha Chilli Sauce is made using the finest Serrano Chillies blended with a secret
formula to create a very fresh and titillating flavour profile, Sambal Oelek is a fresh blended chili
that is easier on the palette. It's unadulterated flavour profile can only be summed up as FRESH!

Uses of this product include but are not limited to;

1. Base for sauces, soups and dips.
2. Flavour add-ons for traditional dishes such as Gazpachos, Borsch and Goulash.
3. Heat element for Asian Stir Fry dishes to replace fresh chillies.
4. Use in kitchens (Home or Commercial) to replace fresh chillies.
5. Use in Chinese Vegetarian cuisine as it does not contain Garlic.
