Mustard Seed (Peeli Sarson, Rayee) are available in
different colors. They are pale yellow or white mustard
(Brassica hirta), brown mustard (Brassica juncea) and
black mustard (Brassica nigra). Seeds are 1.5-3mm. All
our mustard seeds are used as a spice in the food.
Although it does not posses any strong aroma it is used
as a preservative in the food to protect it from
contamination. It is also useful for various applications
like meat processing, mustard paste etc. Besides, food it
is also useful in medical field as it helps in reliving pain,
stiffs, sore muscles, and even in congestions.
