The grapes of this wine were chosen from fine vineyards of Arma, Viotias area. The long fermentation with its berries gave a deep purple color and a dense aroma from fresh red forest fruits. The maturation in small oaken barrels added to the wine notes of nuts and vanilla. It is full in the mouth, with balanced tanines and velvet taste. It is served at 17-20ο C and accompanies hunting, roasted red meat and cheeses with strong tastes.
