This complex wine is produced from the grapes of Ancient Nemea vineyards.
It was aged for 12 months in oaken barrels. It harmonically composes the deep red color of the variety with the maturation’s brown highlights.
It carries the rich aromas of cinnamon, pepper, morello and vanilla from the barrel and it has a fleshy and velvet taste from the soft and elegant tannins. It offers an excellent aftertaste. It is served at 16-18ο C and ideally accompanies red meat with sweet sauces, fatty cheese, cold cuts and spicy meals.
