Instant ICE powder: for preparation of scoop ice cream without special
equipment. Can be prepared with water only, whisked with a standard
mixer and
subsequently stored for several hours in the freezer.
SOFT ICE powder: for preparation of a liquid concentrate. This
concentrate can be
processed with a soft ice cream machine to create a delicious and
affordable soft
ice cream.
