INSTANT CUSTARD is a powder that can be easily
reconstituted by the end consumer with cold water. The
formulation is self-thickening and yields after a few minutes of
hydration a structure similar to custard crème.
Description of use Pour 25 g of powder in a glass with 95 ml water and
stir with a
spoon until the powder is well dispersed. Wait for a few
minutes. Shortly stir again.
