INSTANT ICE is a powder that can be easily prepared by
the end consumer with water to make home made ice cream

Description of use Pour a package of 163 g of powder in a mixing bowl
with 200
ml
water (15-25 °C). Mix with a kitchen mixer at low speed
approximately 2 minutes to dissolve powder. Whip the mix on
high speed for another 2-4 minutes until the volume of the mix
approximately doubled. Pour mix into a plastic dish with cover.
Place into a freezer and let it freeze for approx 8 h.
