Soft ice is fresh ice cream that is consumed directly after
production.

Instant Soft Ice is a ready to use food grade powder for the
small scale production of soft ice.

Description of use: Add 1 kg of powder to 2L water and mix until the
powder is
well dispersed. You will have a 3kg mixture. With this you will freeze in
the Ice
cream machine to obtain 40 - 50 soft ice creams of approximately 70 -
80g each

Also Available is the Industrial and Instant ICE powder: for preparation
of scoop
ice cream without special equipment. Can be prepared with water only,
whisked
with a standard mixer and subsequently stored for several hours in
the freezer.
