high in the mountains, where the level of environmental pollution is minimal. In
addition, a huge number of different rare flowers grow in such a place (for example,
thyme, honeysuckle, sage, oregano, clover), which makes the taste of honey unique
from times to times.

Our mountain honey has a wide color range – from light yellow to rich amber, but
more often, it has almost bronze, dark saturated color. The aroma is determined by
the flowers from which the product was collected, but should always be bright and
saturated. Taste, like the flavor, is very dependent on the composition. Basically, good
honey should have a pronounced sweet taste with bitter notes.

Mountain honey is prominent by quick crystallization and from the volatile one almost
immediately becomes solid with crystalline inclusions
