This wine is the outcome of the co-vinification of two well-known foreign varieties, Syrah και Grenache Rouge both of which, cultivated in the Greek climate and soil, accomplished their best expression. It has a lively red color with purple highlights and releases a rich aroma of mature fruits. It offers a velvet taste of smooth and elegant tannins with a pleasant aftertaste. It is served at 16ο-18ο C and ideally accompanies roasted red meat, (with?) sweet sauces, yellow cheeses and cold cuts.
