To display the Responsive badge on your profile, you must meet both of the following criteria based on the last 30 days of activity:
- Reply rate: You must have replied to at least 70% of product enquiries received.
- Reply speed: Your average response time must be within 5 days of receiving each enquiry.
Your badge status is recalculated and updated every week. If your reply rate or speed drops below the thresholds, the badge is removed until you meet the criteria again.
How to check if you have the Responsive badge
Visit your Exporters.SG profile page. The Responsive badge will be visible in your profile if you currently meet both requirements.
Tips for maintaining the Responsive badge
- Set up email notifications for new product enquiries so you never miss a message.
- Aim to reply to all enquiries within 1–2 days to keep well above the 5-day average requirement.
- Even a brief acknowledgment reply counts — if you need time to prepare a full quotation, acknowledge the enquiry first.
- Check your inbox regularly, especially after product listings receive new enquiries.
