Your Account Optimization Score is a metric in Exporters.SG that measures how well your account is configured to perform in our marketplace. A higher score means your account is more likely to appear in search results, attract buyer enquiries, and make a strong impression on potential trading partners.
How it works
The score is calculated based on a set of platform-specific recommendations — actions that are known to improve your visibility, credibility, and trade performance on Exporters.SG. Each recommendation you complete contributes points to your overall score.
You can view your current score and the
full list of recommendations from your account dashboard. Each recommendation includes a description of the action required and the score impact it carries.
How to improve your score
- Go to your Account Optimization Score page in your Exporters.SG dashboard.
- Review the list of recommendations shown. Each item explains what action is needed and how many points it contributes.
- Complete each recommended action — for example, uploading a company logo, adding product photos, completing profile fields, or getting authenticated.
- Dismiss any recommendations that do not apply to your business. Dismissed items are hidden for 90 days.
Dismissed items: If you dismiss a recommendation, it will not appear in your list for the next 90 days. You can view all dismissed items at any time by clicking "Show all dismissed items" on the optimization score page.
