Why can't I sign into my account?
If you cannot sign in, one of the following four issues is almost always the cause:
- Incorrect username or password
The most common reason. Reset your password if you have forgotten your credentials.
- No account exists
If you have never registered, you will not be able to log in. Create a free account to get started.
- Browser cache is serving stale pages
After entering your credentials, press F5 (or click the browser's Refresh button) several times. This forces the browser to load the current logged-in version of the page rather than a cached copy.
- Cookies are disabled
Exporters.SG requires cookies to maintain your login session. If cookies are blocked, you will be logged out immediately. Enable cookies in your browser and try again.
