Why is an account being suspended?
Accounts are suspended when they violate Exporters.SG's
Terms of Service. Common reasons include:
- Suspected or confirmed fraud — Exporters.SG actively monitors for fraudulent activity. Accounts flagged for fraud are suspended immediately pending investigation.
- Inaccurate or misleading profile information — providing false company details, impersonating another business, or misrepresenting products.
- Spam or unsolicited messaging — sending bulk, irrelevant, or unsolicited messages to other members.
- Unusual traffic patterns — automated or bot-driven activity triggers security systems.
Do exercise caution when dealing with any business who has been suspended.
