How can I stop receiving email alerts and newsletters?
To control which emails you receive from Exporters.SG:
- Go to Email Subscriptions in your account settings.
- Uncheck the alert types you no longer want — category newsletters, buying lead notifications, system announcements, etc.
Note that some transactional emails (account security, password resets) cannot be disabled, as they are essential to account operation.
